Oracle Application Framework is the state of art J2EE based framework that lets you build advanced J2EE applications at a rapid pace  It is integrated with Oracle Jdeveloper's 9i Integrated Development Environment (IDE).  All customizations to the Oracle iApplications are begin done using the OAF.
